The castle, is still in process of being turned into a renowned world class Folly. "A folly building is a nonfunctional, decorative building that is often constructed to enhance a natural landscape. Follies were popular in England during the 18th and early 19th centuries, when landscape design was dominated by Romanticism. They were often intended to imitate classical and medieval structures and were intended to improve or complete the natural setting. Follies were often built to resemble medieval towers, ruined castles, or Classical temples."
