Let the National Botanic Garden be your inspiration. 

Captivating landscapes, unique venue, lakes, waterfalls, sculptures, and follies that will amaze and fascinate. Personal and Professional Photographers welcome, if you require a referral please let us know.

Reservation Package Details: 

• $500.00 (2 hours minimum, with a maximum 8 people, and 1 area for use)**
• $150.00 for each hour or part thereof over 2 hours
• $  50.00 for each additional person
• $200.00 for each additional area
• 2 areas for use available: 

              Stone Barn Area includes Hobbit Town, Moss Gardens, Red Bridge and 

               Kyoto Bamboo.

              North Lake Area includes Lake Patio, Stage, Carriage, and Dragons Tail.

**Rules & Cancellation Policy: Reservation is required to be made no later than 2 weeks before the date you are requesting. Cancellation, 100% if notified in writing or email two weeks prior to the reserved date, thereafter none.  In case of inclement weather, payment will be applied to another available date. 

*The agreement is for use of the specified outdoor space(s) as a set and is not to be used for other purposes. Photo shoots only, commercial filming please ask.  National Botanic Garden will not sign general releases giving blanket permission for stock agencies to use photos taken at National Botanic Garden (VA). Portfolio, product and model photography/videography is not permitted.

Content may NOT be used for commercial purposes.

* $500.00 minimum deposit due upon reservation, balance due 48 hours prior to reserved date.

      Arrivals for your start time must be timely. 

* No pets or glass allowed on site.
