Photographer's Package Details* 

• $500.00 (2 hours minimum, with a maximum 8 people, and 1 area for use)**
• $150.00 for each hour or part thereof over 2 hours
• $  50.00 for each additional person
• $200.00 for each additional area
• 2 areas for use available: 

              Stone Barn Area includes Hobbit Town, Gardens Moss, Red Bridge, and 

               Kyoto Bamboo.

              North Lake Area includes Lake Patio, Stage, Carriage, and Dragons Tail.

Cancellation policy: If paid by check, 100% if notified in writing or email 2 weeks prior to the reserved date, thereafter none. In case of inclement weather, payment will be applied to another available date. If paid by credit card, there will be an additional surcharge/processing fee.

*The agreement is for use of the specified outdoor space(s) as a set and is not to be used for other purposes. Photo shoots only, commercial filming please ask.

** $500.00 deposit due upon reservation, balance due 48 hours prior to reserved date.
